You will be given a specific physiotherapy exercise programme to rehabilitate your injury to full recovery. His physiotherapy skills include joint mobilisation and manipulation, acupuncture, soft tissue mobilisation and electrotherapy on specific injuries. James is a keen sportsman. He has played senior rugby for University College Cork and Shannon RFC in the All Ireland First Division (All Ireland League) as well as competing in athletics at polevaulting and sprinting (senior club level). He is firmly aware of the importance of athletes and players making a full and speedy recovery to their sport. He believes in pre and post physiotherapy rehabilitation of all injuries and the return to sport as quickly as possible following injury. He treats injuries using the best available treatment protocols. He liaises closely with the orthopaedic surgeons and GP's within the counties of Hereford, Powys and Carmarthenshire. James's treatment philosophy is to consistently provide a holistic approach to each patient and to address the patient's symptoms with clear clinical judgement. James is a full member of the Health Professions Council (HPC), a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
